This way you will not be surprised and arrive at the airport in time.

You can check-in online from abroad for most of the airlines (on the airline’s website) and can print your boarding pass. With most airlines it is possible to check-in online 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

In case of failure to check-in online, there is an alternative at the airport for the check-in. Some airlines might charge you for the airport check-in.

Your name on the e-ticket must be identical to the one on your passport. It must show: full first name and your surname (maiden name) on your passport.

You are advised to contact us as soon as possible if this is not the case to keep the costs at minimum. Changing a flight ticket always involves some charges even if there is a correction in the name.

How to correct your name:

An e-ticket is non-transferable, it is personal. There is hardly any airline allows a full name change.

The complete name change if possible, involves high costs.

A request can be sent to our website to change your flight date under the header 'Change or Cancel' in 'My Trip’ or by contacting us here.

It involves a high cost if you change your flight ticket. For changing a ticket, we need to follow the conditions stated by the airline. In some cases, the airlines might state that changes are not permitted.

I have already booked a ticket:

I have not booked a ticket yet:

It varies according to the airline the amount of luggage that you can carry. It is included with some of the tickets and you can find it while booking on our website directly below the ticket price.

The booking of additional luggage can be done the airline’s website.Sign in on the airline’s website using the airline reference mentioned on your booking request acknowledgement.

Medical luggage & wheelchair assistance:

A request for special luggage can be made at the airline's website. Just sign in on the airline’s website using the airline reference mentioned on your booking request acknowledgement.

Different airlines have different rules for taking the pets on board. Usually, small pets are permitted in the cabin -in a special kennel (if no other animals are there in the cabin) whereas larger animals are transported in the hold (also in special kennel). The costs and conditions vary for each airline.

Information, prices and conditions for the transportation of pets can be viewed on the airline website.

Do not worry about it. The ‘low cost carriers’ (such as Ryanair, Transavia ,EasyJet) generally do not provide an e-ticket number on your ticket. Instead they have a barcode on the boarding pass. The boarding pass can be received after the completion of online check-in on the airline’s website.

If you have the airline reference, the your booking is confirmed.It is stated on your e-ticket and in the confirmation e-mail.

The e-ticket will be sent on your mail id within 24 hours (but mostly it is sent within a few minutes).

Please note! It is possible that e-mails end up in your spam filter (or in the Promotions tab in Gmail).

There is no particular set of documents that one must carry as the rules differ per country. It is however your responsibility to have the right travel documents for your entire trip. Failing to have the proper documents, you can be denied boarding or denied access to the country.

Make sure that you have the correct travel documents.

Please note that some countries even require a visa if you only transfer in that country and do not leave the secure area at the airport.

If the airline reservation system does not accept spaces and punctuation marks, then there can be no spaces between the first and the middle name. Then, they take the first name as the combination of all first names connected to each other.

For example: Passenger name: Mr Kevin Dough is displayed as: DOUGH/KEVINMR

Your e-ticket is valid for travel if your name is spelt correctly and you can use it to check in with the airline.

You can resend your e-ticket at any time via 'My Trip' on our website.

If you didn't receive a confirmation email but you have paid, it is most likely that you have experienced a disruption. We can easily help you. Please contact us here.

It is easy to reserve your seats on the airline’s website. Sign in on the airline’s website using the airline reference mentioned on your e-ticket.

Please note: A few airlines charge for seat reservation.

It may also be noted that you can only reserve one seat during online check-in.

The seat number is mentioned on your boarding pass and you receive the boarding pass from the airline on the completion of your online check-in.

Before that time you can also sign in on the airline's website to check your seat number using your airline reference number as mentioned on your ticket.

It is possible to change an already reserved seat on the airline’s website. Just sign in on the airline’s website using the airline reference.

You can send us a cancellation request under the header 'Change or Cancel' in 'My Trip' on our website or by contacting us here.

Cancellation of your ticket involves some cost. You can claim for a (partial) refund according to the conditions of the airline.You can read these conditions while booking your ticket or by signing in on the respective airline’s website using your booking reference or PNR number.

Cancellation of your ticket involves some cost (airline charges and the administration fee of Tripomate).

You can claim for a (partial) refund according to the conditions of the airline.

In some cases, there is a chance for reimbursement from the airline.

If a part of your journey is by train or bus, you are obliged to use this part as well. For this,you have to present a 'used' public transport ticket during the check-in for your flight. If you are unable to show a 'used' public transport ticket, your flight will be cancelled and you will not be able to continue with your journey.
